Scalable Design System & Dual-Platform Experience
MedImpact launched Peoni Health—a custom healthcare offering designed for small business owners—requiring a brand-new marketing site and an authenticated broker CRM portal. To support a rapid go-to-market strategy, we architected a flexible, high-velocity design system from the ground up to power both the public marketing experience and a dense, lead-management portal.
My Role
As a Lead UI Designer, I drove the creation of our component systems, designing form fields, handoff documentation, and cross-functional design-to-dev handoffs while partnering closely with UX, design leadership, copywriting, product, and engineering teams.

Aggressive Go-To-Market Timeline: Delivering a high-converting consumer marketing site within 30 days, immediately followed by a complex backend CRM tool.

We developed a flexible design system for the consumer-facing marketing site, enabling Peoni Health to establish an immediate market footprint. While a brand agency provided the floral organic shape assets, our team drove the UI implementation strategy—translating those brand motifs into custom image masks, fluid containers, and scroll-point compositions. By pairing curated photography selection with flexible component tokens, we ensured the experience felt handcrafted and expressive at every scroll depth without breaking design system rules.
Simplifying the Broker Portal
The broker portal served as the primary engine for lead generation and account management. We simplified dense healthcare forms and multi-step sales pipelines into clear, low-friction UX patterns—reducing cognitive load for brokers and accelerating application completion rates.
